Please buy this product if you want to re-personalize your purchased ticket. This product applies to all upgrades we sell.

Please note:
- Re-personalization can be requested 6 days ahead of the show at the latest. After that, it is too late.
- Re-personalization can only be requested by the ticket owner.
- The transfer ticket can only be paid by the ticket owner.
- After rewriting the new ticket will be sent to the owner by e-mail. He is allowed to send the ticket to the new ticket holder.
- The resale of the ticket is not possible.

Please write an email to order@treehouse-ticketing.com after purchasing this product so we can personalize your ticket in the system. We need the following data:
- Order number and barcode number of the ticket to be personalized
- Last name of the ticket owner and the new ticket holder
- First name of the ticket owner and the new ticket holder
- Date of birth (dd.mm.yyyy) of the ticket owner and the new ticket holder


The old ticket is canceled and invalidated after the rewriting. The ticket owner then receives the new ticket by e-mail for forwarding to the new ticket holder.
