The usage of any service offered on our website, such as subscribtion to our newsletter, or purchasing tickets through our SSL secured webshop, requires you to provide certain personal data. Depending on the service you wish to use, we will ask you for your name, e-mail address and other personal details. The data will be recorded, processed and used in the scope required for the service you want to use.


How secure is my credit card and/or my banking information?
When you provide us with your credit card or bank details to order tickets we use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. SSL technology decodes your data during the transmission, which is usually shown as a closed lock symbol next to your URL status bar.


Who has access to your personal data?


We only process and use your personal data in the scope necessary to fulfill our contractual obligation or to communicate with you (service-news for the event you have bought tickets for and to inform you in the future about events that are the same as or similar to the one for which you have bought a ticket for – details can be found in our ”Terms and Conditions“ §12). We only transfer this data to third parties commissioned with the implementation of the contract as far as this is required so that the concluded contracts can be fulfilled. Other than that we do not pass over any personal information on to any third parties, unless we are legally required to do so. We also reserve the right to pass your personal data on to third parties to safeguard ourselves against any potential criminal activity or cyber attack.


How can you delete your personal data?


You can contact us any time via e-mail to support(at)treehouse-ticketing.com and object to the usage of any of your personal data and we will delete your data by return. Under certain circumstances, personal data can only be deleted following a certain period of time due to legal or contractual storage obligations. In this case, the affected data will be blocked until the time of deletion.


Are you using ”Cookies“? Can this be avoided?



Cookies are small text files that are saved on the users hard drive. Cookies are used for compiling statistics of the usage of our websites and our ticket shop. Cookies also help us to improve the offer for our user. We use so called ”session cookies“ which are only stored for the time you are using our websites as well as permanent cookies for returning visitors. We use Google Analytics on our website, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (‘Google’). Google Analytics uses ‘cookies’, which are text files that are stored on the user’s computer and which allow the User’s use of the website to be analysed. Google will use this information to evaluate the use of our website, to compile reports about activity on the website and to provide other services to us relating to our website and usage. The IP address transmitted from the user’s browser in connection with Google Analytics will not be combined with other Google data. However, as we use Google Analytics with the extension „_anonymizeIp()“ all IP addresses will be shortened beforehand. The user can prevent ‘cookies’ from being stored by applying the relevant settings in the browser software; in such case, it may not be possible to use all the functions of this website in full. The User can also prevent the transmission of data generated by the cookie to Google and the processing of these data by Google.
